Anne Curtis Smith is a Filipino Australian actress, model, TV host and music producer. She has won several awards over the course of her career. They include two FAMAS Awards two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards in addition to in five PMPC Star Awards in the TV category. Her film work has led to her being nominated for eight PMPC Star Awards in the Movies category and 2 Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis starred numerous television series including Hiram Campanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2009) Green Rose (2009) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2003). Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel was her role as Komiks famous Dyesebel. Also, she was the host of It's Showtime, an afternoon variety show (2009-2020). Anne Curtis, born on 17th February 1985 in Australia, and also the Philippines, is a television actress presenter and entrepreneur as well as a recording artist. The actress has received various awards throughout the span of her professional career. Curtis is a native of Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia her parents were Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis-Smith an Australian lawyer. Her father wed Ojales who was a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan in 1982. The youngest brother Jasmine has also become an actress. Their father had one half sister, called Clare, who passed away in 2007 at age 4 months of cardiovascular disease.
